What is meant here by 'Mechanical Problems' is where the difficulty has little to do with the way the mind works - i.e. It is not a psychosexual problem but a physiolgical one. Just like a motor vehicle, the human body can suffer from problems of the mechanism which need a little adjustment or understanding.
Quite often, sexual difficulties arise out of nothing more than a problem associated with the physical attributes and quirks of anatomy, and these can be quickly and easily resolved, as a rule. In these situations, it might very well be the case that no outside help is required, just some basic understanding of how things work. We will examine some examples, with suggested remedies, where relevant.
